argh!!! looping!!

i'm having a bit of trouble in a flash assignment i'm doing. i'm making a flash website. with my second page when i publish preview it in html it doesn't loop. and i'm cool with that. but when i view my first page in html and click on the link to get to the second page the second page loops. i don't understand why it's looping when i view it through my first page.

basically how do i stop a loop? i've tried stop(); in the last frame (and tried the first frame also) but it still loops. what's up?

Could you perhaps post the source code for us to have a look at? It's probally something stupidly annoying like a dot in the wrong place.

Hmm, kinda hard to till what the problem is without seeing it. From what I can make out it sounds like when your doing the next swf you have a play(); set in there. Cause the stop(); should work.
