I don't see why the number of downloads should be in a rss feed .
Publication date may be useful so that's added now.

I would recommend they don't (for what it's worth).

Even if Wilbert added scripting to the backend to add the download from an external source, it defeats the purpose of a repository. It's supposed to get users TO the Koolmoves website. It's an asset they host and they provide and it's asking little to expect users to physically visit the Koolmoves website to utilize it. It exists to drive interest and normally repositories solely exist as part of a larger whole that is in this case "Koolmoves, the official website". Letting users track what is new is one thing but it should always motivate them to visit when there is

    You are absolutely right Chris.
If I would add links to the rss feed, everyone could post a link somewhere directly to one of the files without giving credit to the author or taking notice of the "Terms of Use" so I won't do that.

By the way... your Flex site looks great

Actually it isn't my site but owned by the company behind KM.
Adding the publication date to the rss feed was something I couldn't imagine Bob would object to but in this case I think you should ask him. What you are asking is not only adding something to the rss feed but also requires making changes to KoolExchange itself. If he thinks it's a good idea, I can make the changes.
