php Email Sending Extra Text

Hi,

My php email is sending this in the feedback section. I have had no prblem with this email form before. Any help would be great.

does the textfield with instance name - feedback_txt - also have a variable name ?
if so, remove the var: name

what is the result of - trace(sendData_lv.feedback ); ?
