10 quick pushups, breath out every other up; then sip on some warm milk w/ honey stirred with a cinnamon stick.
Or, drink some hot tea with no sugar... and think of a more innocent time... lay down, breath slowly and create an imaginary focal point that is outside of your room... and just slowly pull that focal point to the end of your nose, and by that time, you should be able to pull out any errant thoughts and be able to relax.
If that doesn't work... I usually walk, check the doors, the locks, the windows, the computers, and then shut out the world.
