One word. Rollovers
At least put some on the nav buttons!

The interface is very nice but with the way it has been done, a complete HTML site would have been enough. If you want to use Flash and for the elements you use it for, I would suggest to put some animation to make it more interesting and pleasant to visit. Make the use of Flash worthwhile! ...on the buttons, the galleries, the image header...

On the home page, I find also the links disturbing for Portfolio, Art and LFS. On Portfolio for example, the link is on the image and on browse but not on Portfolio or the arrow next to it. I think you should put one single rollover button that would cover the three/four elements.
