Movieclip buttons... How...?? Example inside =)

Hi there, I have been asked to produce a flash based website, and the client would like the buttons made in a certain way...

The example he gave me is at www.hingston.net once the actual portfolio is entered you will see exactly what i mean...



The buttons are plain text which change colour when the mouse rolls over, but when you take the mouse away the colour fades out... It is a really nice way of producing these buttons and I would like to know how to do it...


All i can work out is that a blank button is to be produced in one layer with the movieclip over the top, but to make it so it fades after the button is left beats me...


Any clues...?? I hope it isnt a TOO long process, i'd also imagine some actionscripting will be needed...

It might be best if you made a movie clip to act as a button. Try this-
