    Why is Jimmy Carr not mentioned but Ricky Jervais is!?
    On one of Carr's DVD's he has the same show but he does it for comedy central. Americans find everthing soo funny! No standards lol. They applauded at every single joke including somtime before the real punchline was out, I found it funny when they started clapping before the end of the joke and he just looks at them and say "No no, Hush now!" Lol.
