OS X System Preferences ... location on HD?

I just transfered all the settings and data of a Macbook to a Macbook Pro. Now I just have one problem ... where is the System Preferences app located on my system? It was'nt transfered to the dock (like many other apps) and I can't find it.

    Any ideas?

I tried all that, it isn't there. I can still access it through the menubar, but can't find the app itself on the system, even Spotlight cant find it.

I was pretty sure there was a command line command to view the location of the running processes, but my memory is failing me right now.

Ok, found it. It was named in the wrong language for whatever reason.

Yeah, that's how I found it. I looked at the application dir on the terminal and there it was named in English, so it was there, just when viewed with the Finder it was named in a language I don't even know, so I did'nt spot it at first. After switching the System language to English and than back to German the problem was fixed.
