I am trying to create a custom scroll bar to scroll a movie clip up and down. I wouldl ike it to be a draggble scroll bar. Does anyone know of a tutorial on how to do this? I got the impression that the scrollbar component was for text fields only. IS this correct?
Anyone help pointing me in the right direciton would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
