Problem importing video w/ alpha transparancy

I have a stock video that I know has the alpha channel included however when I import to flash it still shows the black background. I have tried importing the .mov directly (with the conversion to FLV on the fly) and tried going to the flash video encoder to convert .mov to .flv. Of course I'm using the On2 codec with "encode alpha channel" checked every time.

You can see the video here: http://www.forkcreative.com/videos/tree.mov

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Using CS3 professional, I converted your movie to an .flv using CS3 video encoder, I was careful to open advanced settings, and clicked "encode alpha channel".
I then imported the flv into flash slapped a background in there, worked like a charm.

    lol

I know this prolly doesn't help much but I thought I'd share my findings.

if it's got a black background you can just set the blend mode to "screen" if you can't encode the alpha channel...
