2 questions...

I'm making a portfolio of my work and I'm making it in flash (8). I haven't done flash in sometime and completely forget how to do navigation. I stuck my portfolio on the internet. The URL is: http://lizzienichols.com/flash/index.html There's not much on it right now but you can get an idea of what I'm doing.

My first question is: does the navigation buttons have to be on one layer or can they be on individual layers?

Secondly, I never knew how to do this. How do I make everything run a little smoother?

they can be on individual layers...

I do suggest that you wrap them in the SAME movieClip though.. just case you need to effect all nav clips at once..etc..etc
