    the measure of a webcam

    Hardware advice time. I need to buy a PC webcam but I want one on par with the built in iSight. The iSight picture is immaculate but any pc cam picture I've seen looks like it was taken with an etch-a-sketch.

    1. Can you buy a 3rd party webcam the same quality?
    2. What are the magic numbers? Is it a resolution or megapixel or combo thereof?

    Hehe im just a cheapo and use my Xbox vision cam, its a nice quality but im not sure just how many pixels tho...
