Math.Random Upper and Lower Bound

Hi,
Im wanting to make a exercise for students with upper and lower bounds to 1 decimal place e.g. 12.7 Lower = 12.65 Upper = 12.75 The problem is the math.random brings whole numbers aswell which mess up my code. I'll include the file for you to all have a look at
