I would say the easiest thing would be to select all the frames and cut and paste them into an empty movieclip. That way you can move the movieclip which contains all the pieces and animation. OR if you really can't, don't want to put it inside a movieclip there is the edit multiple frames option, which allows you to select a set of frames and move them all at once, but can be a pain when some frames get left out.
