Hmmmmm i've been tempted as i've always had a problem with breathing through my nose.

Squeeze bottle verrsion sounds like it'd be worth a shot, where did you get it? Does it come pre mixed?

Comes with little packets of salt/baking soda already mixed and measured out. Gotta squeeze gently though, you can feel the pressure build up fast. Look for the Sinus Rinse Regular Kit.

i almost got one the other day due to a severe sinus headache that put me down for 2 days....but i just couldn't bring myself to actually buying one. But now that i hear it works...maybe next time.

Doesn't that sting, shoving water through your nose? Doesn't look like it's going through the sinus, more like she's been bingeing on coke for the last 20 years and has just about destroyed her septum.

Just as an aside, if you use that thing too much, can it disturb the natural cleaning cycle of the sinus - making it necessary rather than a cleansing 'treat'?
