I was just casually looking through a site when I was shocked to see this bombshell:

If you click the link you'll see a game blatantly using every aspect of TonyPa's tile-based tutorials. When I say, "every aspect", I mean EVERY aspect (behaviours of enemies, buttons to control character, and even the exact graphics from the tutorials are used!).

I'm not trying to be disrespectful to the author of the game; for all we know this was probably his first game and was made to learn some AS. I just thought it was hilarious to see someone's mimicked the tutorials exactly and turned them into a game.

Yeah, well it's funny and all but you really should ask him to take it down! It's still your property and he even makes money from the ads. He could at least have a link at the bottom that says: 99.9% of this game was made from this tutorial.

You can modify tutorials and distribute them as long you give credit to me and you do not use them for commercial purposes, including ads placed on your site or promoting commercial products.

I'm pretty sure this wasn't intended to extend to the library objects themselves. It really should be removed or changed.

You can not sell the tutorials or source files or games based directly on code presented in the turials.
If you write your own code based on the ideas learned from tutorials, then the code is yours.

Mochimedia could disable payed ads, showing only network ads.

the worst imo. is that he used mochi ads for something he didn´t really created all him/herself.
Mochiads is getting lately on my nerves anyway- more and more flash content is poluted now with ads and a time pause
