Where should I look for freelance/contract graphics artist

Hey everyone,

What is the flashkit.com equivalent for the graphic artist world? I need some contract work and I'm not sure where to start looking. Basically need someone who can deliver low volume high quality work for web and t-shirt a couple times per month.
