He has several labels under the name Coppola. Rubicon is a world class classic Bordeaux blend - expensive though. The Sofia sparkling is a nice affordable winner. Some of the more affordable Coppola branded wines available at your local store are very approachable, but not terribly unique. He's created a huge operation able to make a very diverse set of wines at a wide variance of prices.

I am not too big into wine but it would be interesting to try out.

Dare I also mention the fact that this guy has developed a second (brilliant) career as one of the preeminent Napa Valley winemakers?
The Cotton Club??? That film was panned world-wide and was a total box office disaster.
I'll take your word for it on his wine, but it doesn't change the fact that he is burned out as a director.
I didn't say that Coppola never made a good film. Apocalypse Now is one of my favs. The point was...as a director, he hasn't made anything decent in many many years...and yet he's still compared to other directors like Scorsese who has consistently produced and directed quality films year after year.
Coppola has done a lot of exec producing lately...I'll give him credit for that. I'll give him credit for having a lot of money, because that's really all it takes to exec produce these days.
