    Explorer Refresh Loading Problems

    Hello,

I created this site a while ago www.photographybyallan.com. Today, the owner let me know that some of the pages are having problems in Internet Explorer. I don't know how to fix the problem and am not sure if it's a KoolMoves problem or not. I don't know if it would have to do with the HTML.

Some of the pages that have larger windows for the movies are the ones that are having problems. They seem to load just fine at first. Yet, if I refresh the page, the preloader image is all that will ever show. It's very strange, and we never noticed the problem before, so I'm not certain if it has always been there.

I hope that someone can help me soon, because an email just went out today, directing clients to the site. Thanks so much in advance for your time.

I'll try attaching the km file without the images. It really just has a background image anyway.

Here are the pages I noticed having the problems:
    http://www.photographybyallan.com/testimonials.html
    http://www.photographybyallan.com/wedding_packages.html
    http://www.photographybyallan.com/al...ts_extras.html

I looked at the pages with IE7 on Vista Home Premium and I didn't run into anything strange. The pages did what they are supposed to do and refreshed normally.

Thanks, both of you, for checking on your machines. That's strange. I will have to see what my client is running. I'm on IE7, I believe, and Windows XP. I wonder if that makes a difference. Any thoughts? THanks so much!

Thanks for the compliment and for checking!

Hmmm...just in case, I should clarify - after hitting refresh, it seems to load fine at first but then, once it loads, it reverts to the preloader. I don't know if that makes any difference.

Again, refreshing went just fine. Is the site owner using the latest Flash player version?

There is nothing wrong with your site, it works fine, tell him that you have had it checked out by your contacts all over the world, using different computer/browser configurations, and they have all complimented your work.

Thanks so much everyone for all of your help and even your compliments. My client has decided (partially based on all of your input) that the case is closed and it's not as big of a deal as he thought. That's a great question about the lastest flash player, though, I will have to pass that on. You have all been fantastic, as usual! Thanks again!
