Weird sounds from your tablet? Easy. Listen to music on your headphones then.

My colleague just got his Bamboo Fun. I'm impressed that the pen didn't require any battery! Unlike mine, which needed one.

yeah, i was going to say that there has to be other interference rather than a wacom issue to cause a buzzing sound. Might want to try moving your cell phone/wireless devices away just to test.

I have a bamboo, and yeah, i do like it...it's great for a lefty who uses a mouse right handed.

I've owned the bamboo fun 4x5 for almost a year now and I'd have to say it's a good little tablet. I've never owned another so I don't have much to compare it with but it does the job for me. For awhile I got some error with it on my computer but the thing worked anyway. Eventually the errors just stopped... weird. And, no buzzing noises for me! You might want to get that checked out. Oh, and the little 4x5 isn't a big deal. I like that the pen has 2 buttons on it that in photoshop are pre-programed one to switch to the hand tool to move the screen contents and two to open the brushes pallet options to change brushes. That makes for some pretty quick workflow once you get used to it.
