Help a Newber with an Image gallery?

Hello, I am new to koolmoves. I purchased it yesterday, and have the latest version. Basically what I am trying to accomplish is to create a website with an image gallery. In the image gallery there will be a scrolling window with thumbnails, and on the same page/slide of the flash site another section where the images load. Here is an example image:

Can some one nudge me in the right direction to accomplish this?

Thanks for any help you might have, Tony.

    Have a look at http://necromanthus.com/main.html

Necro has some cool galleries to study. You can download them. Have a look through the code and see if you can use it.

Dude. do you have the filenames and info in an XML or anything? Or even just a simple text file like

    image1.jpg,description of my first image
    image2.jpg,another description
    etc....

what about thumbnails the example image shows thumbnails that are not the same as the full size images.
These can just more small images (fast) or you can actually generate them on the fly in PHP (slow)

w.brants did an awesome job helping me achieve what I needed. You can see a live demo here:

The only thing I might try to do is get the slideshow to automatically start playing when the page loads. That should be pretty easy right?

Very good, I would suggest that you use a contact form, not links, as this avoids the warning popup in vista. - Look at any of the example I have put in my blog, and look at the code on the conact page, and the php is included in the download. Well done again.
