resizing stage from center

Every time I resize the stage it does so from the upper left as a reference. Is there any way to resize the stage from the center. I just finished an intricate and long flash animation and my boss decided it needed extra padding on every side and frankly I don't feel like repositioning every element at every time.

Alternatively is there any way to move every flash item on all layers at all keyframes to a new relative position?

yup your alternate question can happen in flash. at the bottom of the timeline there's four little square icons, click the one that says 'edit multiple frames' on the hover over then drag the markers to either side of your timeline and select all. you should now be able to move everything at once!
