Some one claims margarine is better than butter , here is proof you are better off using less butter or not using it rather than substituting with hyrdrogenated oils

Not trying to sound harsh, but I thought the margarine/butter debacle was settled a while back?

I've been back to using butter mostly for years. Same for artificial sweeteners... I use stevia and agave nectar mostly now.

I use butter for cooking. For toast, etc. I use Olivio. It's not margarine, or butter. Tastes good, not like chemicals, and it's made mostly from olive oil.

Usually any sarnies I make have something in them like tomatoes to make them less dry so there is no need for butter. For plane toast jam is more tasty than butter.
