I am having the same problem with a 1024x768 project. The animation and FLV playback is fine when played from a projector, but when I make it fullscreen the animation is slower.

I also have the issue of weblinks in the presentation kick it out of full screen mode when it opens the browser.

Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated!
