It looks really nice and proffessional although I don't think it necessarily needed to be done using flash, there isn't a whole lot of movement going on there.
I like the layout and design, it looks professional. I would keep the Flash as long as you can keep the loading times low (right now there are no loading times, you should try to keep it that way ). The colors seem to mix fine. The same banner loads in every page. You might as well make it an iFrame and not load the parts that stay the same if you don't have to (the banner in the middle and buttons on the right. The contact form also doesn't validate anything (I used punctuation in my name and letter for a zip code!)
