    Is that per banana or per pound for a bunch of bananas? That's what I pay for a bunch of bananas (works out to around 50 cents per pound).

    Per bunch. But thankfully the borough street market is every weekend- where I plan on getting my weekly groceries and it is only 30p per bunch.

    all produce is REALLY cheap at that market. I have yet to hit up the meat market but as soon as we get our allowance(bank is holding us up) I will be hitting that up and getting some nice pieces of meat.

    I ran out of petrol today and had to walk in the rain to the nearest filling station to buy petrol and a can to put the petrol in. Then I had to walk back to the car in the rain.

    This is happened before. It will probably happen again.
