Load Movie When Clicking Play Only

I have a site with 2 flash movies on it.

They begin loading as soon as the page loads.
I would rather they only start loading once someone clicks play.

Is this possible without a streaming server?

Try to add <param name="autoplay" value="false"> into the object code, if it still doesn't work, I think you can use a program named ***** web player pro to generate a flash video player with control bars and playlist to control the two flash videos.
