bitmapdata draw() stream flv lag, no stream no lag...

Hi guys,

What's up with this...

using an onenterframe to draw video to a bitmap causes all navigation to lag, but once the video is done streaming and you do it again, nothing lags.

Why does streaming video cause so much lag but non streaming doesnt lag at all?

Anyway around this? or anyone know why this is?

Anyone have more info other than the obvious.

Like what exactly is going on, what operations are flash performing internally that creates the lag.

I am looking for information on how flash handles streaming video, so that I may be able to counter the lag effects.
