Movie: Wolverine (spoiler)
just watched.
just OK, not really have the wow factor. a bit disappointed with FX (the claws, i was expecting more realistic than that)
also, why didnt cyclops just use his laser to escape from his cell?? (he could jsut lift his eyepatch up like he did in the end.)

Since you said spoilers... here's my rant.
Wolverine did not willingly go into the Weapon X program and get adamantium injected into him willingly. Stryker was a reverend that had ties to the Weapon X program, not a general. Wade, aka Deadpool had cancer and was indeed Weapon XI, but he did not have two swords, nor laser eyes nor did he never talk - he's the "Merc with a Mouth" for goodness sake. That was NOT Emma Frost... she's a psychic. Agent Zero was not Asian, he was German. And they totally screwed up the origin of Wolverine something fierce.
Was Patrick Stewart CGI? It looked like it.
Sabretooth... they changed dudes twice? The original one was better imho than this one.
There are others... many other nitpicks and issues with the movie. But the story alone is a problem. WTF.

I agree 1 BILLION MILLION percent. Story was totally screwed, characters were so bad they were un-recognizable.
CG was god awful (Photo shopped claws via painbrush, anyone?). Cinnematography... WTF, did they hire 2 dudes for this? Opening sequence was brilliantly shot and cut, the rest of the movie... Catastrophe.
And while I'm at it, a head does not fall to the earth creating perfect spirals, GRAVITY takes that sucker and does what it wants.
Was I the only one who thought Prof X's head looked like the tip of a dildo?
WTF WTF WTF?
Best thing about the movie is they left a box of 3d glasses out in the foyer after, I grabbed 6 pairs.

rofl.

It totally did though, all plastic and weirdly shaped. They either CGed him or tried to make him look younger, either way: EPIC fail.

Perhaps they're setting up for a sequel...Revenge of the Dildo-heads.

Yeah, but the original movies changed the story alot, too.
I don't really mind if they change parts of the story to fit a movie-you really have to. The Joker in the Dark Knight is somewhat different from his portrayal in the comic books, but it's done so well nobody cares.
Excluding the annoying child acting of the first 5 seconds, I think the movie was going pretty darn good up until Wolverine left Weapon X. The action scenes were kinda dull, but they had some good dialogue scenes with the whole Team X together...kinda too bad they ended that so quickly.
Also, Deadpool is getting a spinoff...there's an easter egg at the end of Origins and it was confirmed.

No, they mangled the Wolverine origins.
It was an enjoyable movie; however if you were looking for accurate... it wasn't.

I just don't understand when writers decide to mess with already established storylines and characters. I'm surprised they didn't just chuck in some Heroes and Lost characters just for the hell of it.
Maybe one day there will be a documentary called; "When Franchises Go Wrong!" focusing on things like X-Men, Stargate, Terminator, Alien etc etc yada.
