I dont know about the Nanny thing either. Have you ever seen those videos of nannies abusing kids? That stuff makes me sick and would drive me crazy sitting at work just thinking about it. Not to make you paranoid though.

I think it boils down to finding someone you trust. That's hard to do. Especially with a your first defenseless child.
