I can't see how Koolmoves can even be used to make a video app for an iphone since the swf and flv work as seperate entities. This is why I suggested a video editor of some sort that would do the job. Unfortunately, I haven't done video editing since the old analog days, so I'm not much help, but I'm sure Bret or someone in the Online Video forum could suggest something that would get right to it (might even be Pinnacle 12)

EDIT: I just looked in the Online Video forum for the first time ever and it's all about video in flash (of course) but it might be worth a shot. You'd think some digital video gurus would hang out in there who would know about editors even though they may not talk about it much. Might even brighten up their day.

    Hope this makes more sense!

You'll loose a lot of quality that way. The best thing to do is...

1.) Create your graphic overlays in what ever program that you choose that can also export to 32bit png or swf. (If exporting to swf, make sure your video editor can use swf files as overlays.)

2.) Import your video in your video editor and add the overlays.

3.) Export to h.264 using quicktime.

You only want to compress the video once. Any further just degrades the video even more.
