    Augmented reality

    I saw this video the other day and was wondering if this might have been done in flash?? I was thinking that the FLARToolkit and Flash's new microphone capabilities might make it possible...not sure...anyone have any ideas?

    It would be absolutely silly to do that in flash instead of c++ or some other language with better performance and access to openCV. Flash's strengths are easy integration with vector art, easy distribution over the web, and player ubiquity. None of those are a factor for that.

    That's the same reaction I got from one of the C++ coders here. He said it would depend on the hardware to some degree, but he didn't think flash was remotely the correct choice...
