Well like shift+F12 in flash. I like what apple is trying to do by giving you quick access to spaces, dashboard, expose and such but those really disrupt work flows that have become second nature to me over the last 16 years.

Any why is it today that when I startup, my mouse wheel no long scrolls as fast?

Is there a way to get column and sorting at the same time? Kinda like details view on windows?

Right but say while in column view I wanted to sub columns of like file name, last modified date, file type, size etc. which I could sort by.

View as a List, not Columns. Then Show View Options and pick and choose what you want to see/sort by.

I tend to use Details view in Windows, that's real close to my setup in OS X too. Name, Date Modified, Size, Kind and Date Created (I tend to start/stop **** a lot)

Yeah I've been using list view which is identical to mac os of years past but the column view is pretty neat when digging. Getting more an more familiar but the fact that I cant grab any edge of the window to resize drives me nuts.

Bottom right to resize. But I agree... that's been a problem for me going from Linux or Windows to OS X in a day. Also... maximize/minimize is REALLY busted on OS X.

I coulda sworn when osx was first introduces there were keyboard modifiers available for pressing the max/min keys that would ensure the right most column on your desktop remained visible. What I'd really like is a docking mechanism like cs4 so I could attach, tear off, add tabs etc. Then I wouldn't need expose so much. Still gotta try and use spaces more.

Works like a charm! Good find man! It will definitely be worth the 18 bones when the trial runs out.

Now if only I could find a finder tool that would allow resizing from any edge and possibly snapping.

EDIT: Ok Path Finder looks fk'ing sweet! Apple should take note. And to a lesser extent MondoMouse could be sweet. Now just to weigh the pros and cons of bogging down my snappy new comp.

I'm sure Jeff Goldblum and Will Smith will fix it.

Man they really chinsed on built in speakers with these new macbooks. My 17 inch sounds like a freakin home theater. This unibody 15" sounds like an iphone.
