    Firefox most vulnerable browser ?

    Well that's what Cenzic is saying according to slashdot. I think its horse doo. Most of these vulnerabilities come from 3rd party, user created plug ins. Simple solution is , don't d/l sketchy plug in's. Problem solved. I have never had any problem with firefox, ever. However :

    IE8 is eh, alright ,still sucks most of the time. Anything below 8 is friggin awful.
    Opera renders things weird.
    I haven't messed with Google's chrome stuff yet.

    What do you all think ?

    I don't think it's a question of vulnerability so much as reliability. Every browser, no matter how solid the foundation can't cross "t's" and dot "i's" that don't exist yet. I've found the Mozilla team to release patches faster than everyone else. Sure it's an annoyance to have to install in update almost every time I open the browser but one I accept.

    Chrome is a dark horse atm. For a first run at the browser market, they deserve a lot of praise for its speed and standards support but it really doesn't appear to be a major part of Google's corporate culture yet but has every possibility of being a firefox killer upon version 2 which really depends on them opening up the architecture for expansion.

    Until then, anything that doesn't allow for lifesavers such as the web-dev toolbar or firebug is a distant 2nd.

    I think Google are waiting for their OS next year before really pushing the whole "Chrome" thing.

    I have to disagree with you. Google is taking out ads everwhere pushing Chrome hard. One wonders why they push a product on television ads that is free and allegedly is not part of thier corporate culture.

    Plugging != supporting.
