MW2 update
around a 100 games the matchmaking looks like it started to kick in. Im doing a little better, Slowly inching my way to .500 k/d(it was as little as .3) my best kill streak was 11.
My sister has the ps3 version and i was watching my 4yr old nephew playing online with other grown people. He was kicking a little bit of ass and i thought it was pretty hilarious thats he probably better at it then i am. He beat the single player campaign and couldn't stop talking about the final cut scene/kill.

Your 4 year old nephew was allowed to play COD?

yeah. its 2009 he sees enough killing on the news. as long as parents teach a kid about right and wrong i dont see an issue with it. in short he wont be growing up to be a school shooter, he realizes its just a game, and that in real life shooting someone is bad.

COD still seems a bit violent for a 4 year old. Good for him for playing it well though but bad news for IW if a 4 year old can beat it- literally.

had a holy F moment in forza 3 last night, Was racing on an oval track in a car i just purchased and upgraded, was doing about 183 and i got clipped in the back spun twice hit the wall slid back down into the track and another car hit me going so fast it flipped over my car.
The damage modeling was incredible, my car was a crumpled mess.

Have you played Grid silver? If so which do you like better? Grid or Forza?

i have not played grid. Only forza 3 so far on the 360. So far its been great, easy to set you driving assists so if you are not very good the game can help you out a bit, but it you are good, you can turn everything off and it results in higher prize winnings at the end of races.
The ability to paint whatever you want onto your car is awesome, i spend almost as much time changing the paint job on my car as i do actually racing. The only thing thats a bummer is there is only around 1000 people at a given time racing multiplayer and its spread out over like 20 types of races so its hard to get into a group.

I loved Forza 1 on the same level as GT but sometimes you want a simpler racing experience. Midnight Club 2 did a great job at it but Grid made it really fun. You spend very little time in a surprisingly huge menu. The races had the joy of a good car sim without the sometimes tortuous AI plus you could jump around to different racing genre's without having to enter entire circuits. Definitely get the demo.

My boss plays borderlands on xbox. Says it's really well done in mixture of fps and leveling/unlockables. Plus there's countless weapons.
@Gerbick, Legend of Kage eh? Now that brings back memories.

Dragon Age Origins is absolutely awesome. Haven't played an RPG since Final Fantasy X. They usually bore the crap out of me, but i can't put this one down.

I would so buy that if I thought I'd actually have 100 hours to dedicate to it.
