What phrases seemed to be locked into your vernacular regardless of how aged and useless they are?

For some reason I still say:
"Hella"
"F*ck me running"!
"Weak sauce"
(There's plenty more that I'll post as I trip over them)

And I can barely resist saying a word ending in 'tion' without mimicking cajun-man.

You might as well consider this a eulogy for the cursing phrases. Once you have a little one that can repeat your words the power of guilt is enough to change vernacular (at least for most people).
