I have been learning this program. I have been trying to find ways for things like this using no script. I have a concept for you, on how it may be done, I could even make a sample.

-Your pop-up window has to be in another movie (Create a movie element)
-You will actuall use the Event Animate Show to animate a paint element in that created movie (this will be your pop up window)
- You create text buttons that when pushed do some action. These buttons must be inside the Movie Element also.
-In your Main movie create a Mouse event that plays your Movie element (you mouse Event can be "On release" or whatever event you want it to be.)
