Easily adaptable high score table anyone?

I'm wanting to put a basic flash game on my language learning site, but I can't manage to make/find a high score table. I've tried all the ones in the tutorials and on youtube, but each one has it's own error when completed.

Can anyone suggest where I can get a set of mysql, php, actionscript source codes that are easy to adapt and add into existing game. Using flash 8.

    Thanks

Use mochi-ads highscore if you want.

here we try to help people learn, not hand them pre-made stuff for free. If you need a custom highscore list, use the freelance section.

Fair enough. I am actually trying to learn, but the tutorials I've found don't end up with a workable end product. But I get your point.

What I have so far sends something to the database because to creates another row, but no actual data ie name and score is entered.

From what you are saying, it seems you blindly copied the tutorials without understanding much. Anyway, there are countless as2 tutorials for highscores, and they do work if you understand what you are coding.

You should show us what you have so far, so that we can tell you where you are going wrong. But from what you said so far, it seems the values are not being sent from flash to php. use a echo to see if your php script can actually recieve the values, then use trace for flash to check if it is actually sending the values.
