flash and search engine optimisation

How do we go around flash and search engine optimisation?
How would i go ahead for making a full flash website search engine friendly?
I think google can read through your swfs but only google can.

Most articles i found so far are pretty old so im not sure what methods can be used today to make a full flash website search engine optimised.

If you are not familiar with SWFAddress, I suggest you try it.
There is a SEO version which is what you need to use. This allows you to offer alternate content to search engines.
