Hi,

Just finished and uploaded my latest game, Chrome5.

It's a text design tool similar to any dress-up games but far more advanced.
Just type in your name and out pops a unique graffiti-styled text ready to be modified with an array of tools available to you.

That's pretty cool. I like all of the options. You really need to add the Flash 10 feature of being able to save a picture to your desktop though.

A comment - as well as the colour sliders, how about a simple colour picker for a few basic colours, just to make it easier to switch between a few that might be used frequently

Right next to the RGB scrolls on your left side you have a whole color spectrum chart of colors for ez picks.

Yes that's a very good idea but it would have been even better if we could have downloaded the final version in a jpg,png or gif format, really cool, thanks for sharing.

Just posting some designs I made with the new font
incase you tried it and didn't bother to fiddle around with the functions too much.
This is just simple stuff you can do, you can go way deeper if you spend some time playing around with it.

May I ask you how you did manage to download them?
I have been on your application on more time and could not see a download or save button, the right click does not work either, but this is because it is flash. Could you please shwo me where it is? Thanks,

Actually I don't really want people to be able to save their designs because there's just a ton of companies that steal my art and use it without permission or commision.
Some of these include big fish like Mattel, Rockstar Games and Hot Wheels.

But! I used the oldest trick in the book, "PrintScreen".

Oh and for sure you can host the game on your site.

I don't think rockstar games need to do any sort of cost cutting by ripping off free art sources.

Oh, it's been a while since they released their game Bully but play it and you'll clearly see my art on the walls around the game.
And just to let you into the real world, this happens all the time on all levels. Companies stealing other companies ideas. Ever heard of IBM or Microsoft
Anyways, don't fool yourself, Rockstar Games lead artist doesn't surf around the web and download images from sites, they buy chunks from other companies that is less caring of copyrights. I have a friend who found his own made smilies on a Microsoft application, he just emailed them to let em know that he didn't get permission for it. They sent him tons of stuff to smother his will to sue. It's common.


And Hot Wheels, hehe. I went to the toy store to buy something for my kids and just stumble upon this. So I have strong proof of it.


Also, I emailed them, after a week or so I got a reply from their legal team. They had browsed all my websites and found that one of the ads I had there, I mean (payed adspace) had an image of an online game that they owned rights too. So now instead of
apologising they threaten me with a law suit.
I'm a capitalist myself but at that point I understood the vision of the oppressed communist

Rockstar is already famous for stealing others art. In Grand Theft Auto they got sued for using a fellow graffiti artists concept art. If you Google, you shall find.
