    Question debugging tips

    Hi

just wanted to know what debugging methods people use.

I find the adobe flash debugger too limited..... I remember reading somewhere this should be used in conjunction with a logger...

I tried using firefox flashbug but there were too many error messages because koolmoves exports motion scripts as AS1 which appears as an error, so I could not debug properly using that method (the limit is 50 error messages - so I can not read the proper errors)

    I found a debugger called

    http://demonsterdebugger.com/

but I can not seem to get this to work...has anybody got this working with Koolmoves?

    any tips appreciated

    cheers

    R

The FAQ mentions it doesn't work with frame scripts and KM uses those so I don't know if it will work.
If you want to use the debug version of Flash Player and only have a problem with the 50 limit, you can use the log viewer I created. It's on http://koolexchange.com/ (category = Tools).
