wondering if while we are on the topic of new releases, can I make a feature request?

for the actionscript - I think it would be good to speed up productivity is there was a search and replace function for the whole document (ie all scenes, all movie clips) with functionality to also search just a scene - at the moment it is limited to one frame. Or am I missing something?

It is very painstaking going though each frame and do a search and replace for when I have changed an object name that is referenced throughout many frames ans scenes!!!. GRRRRRRRR!!!

hopefully though, I am an idiot and have missed something, and the functionality is there?

I will seriously consider it; it sounds very useful.

yes think about how powerful this would be

if you change the name of an object - all your action script can be changed to match this

for projects heavy with media and with lots of media players, this would be a huge timesaver - because the media players even when they don't appear on a page or frame I have them all hidden because the actionscript references them all to stop when the button of another is pressed or to display names in a certain shared text box, etc. etc. etc.

I often import parts of other projects also, so a 'global' search and replace would kick ass
