Question about a simple proyect

I say simple, but for is not, I am trying to make some light bulbs, go around a frame, to simulate that they go on and of, I was thinking in reduce the alfa color,
What I did, I imported my light bulb from photoshop, then I converted to symbol, then in one layer a fill up the horizontal side with light bulbs, a make motion twin, (how to look like it is moving, i made it moved but always left a part in blank while the bulbs come to move again.
Now, about the vertical bulbs, i convert to symbol, in the vertical position and copy to fill the vertical side, (when I test the movie, the vertical light bulbs start to move toward the horizontal line.
If some body can help .Thanks in advance.

I can't get what you're talking about - so a FLA file would help TREMENDOUSLY
