Someone asked if I'm looking for a designer or a programmer.

I'm looking primarily a designer who can draw Flash graphics from scratch when needed. But is a bonus if you can program, because ultimately this product I am building will be an AIR application - and if you do great work I'd love to fund you to develop that as well.

Also is important you are familiar with Fireworks because if we do a lot of work together you'll be referencing my Fireworks UI quite often. But Fireworks is quite simple, so if you are new to using Fireworks I am willing to work with you if you are willing to learn.
