Last summer I switched from running my own server for my business to Microsoft Office 365 and dropped my monthly costs from $250 to under $30. I run a small development shop with 3 employees and Office 365 is fantastic.

Since it is a real MS Exchange server, setup is a snap on all devices and with the included addition of SharePoint and web based versions of Microsoft Office, I can do so much when I'm travelling.
