Need desperate help with URL links

Hi,

I'm a bit of a newbie to flash. I have been working with downloaded templates and had some good success in modifying them to suit my needs but for the life of me I can't make any of my link to URL's work.

I've tried a LOT of different things. The last code I tried to use was this:

<page>
<label>BBC World News</label>
<url>http://www.bbc.com/</url>
<target>_blank</target>
</page>

All I want it to do is display 'BBC News' on the site but when clicked on open a new tab to the BBC news site.

Can anyone please help me?
