is it possible to make characters click-to-move?

What I'm asking specifically is, is it possible to make characters (or just plain symbols) dynamically move to your cursor when you click on something? I've been thinking about this for months, and I've ran into a brick wall. Any tips will be appreciated.

Sorry for the late response! I havent used this site in a while, yes, you can do it, i've seen games that do this instead of the typical arrow keys, it is quite complex, maybe if you're more specific i can help you on it
