How do I get ?use pressure?

I?m not really sure how to get this option on the brush, I know you need a drawling tablet (and I have one) but like idk how to get use pressure, I use flash cs4 btw

To get it to work you'll need properly installed tablet driver first.
Pressure icon is located below the one with cursor on it. You'll need to enable it to actually use Pressure effect

you need a graphic tablet with at least an option to disable "Windows INK", and at least, need to be from 1024 to 4096 sensitivity of pressure, and the latest drivers from the graphic card installed, wacom cards works fine
