Problems embedding WAV files in SWF files.

Hi,

I've had problems embedding WAV files recorded at 11025 samples/sec, 8b/sample in SWF files. I changed the sample rate to 22050 and 16 and it works fine. Is this normal behavior? It's fairly important that I have small files. MP3 is an option, but would be annoying to record and convert.

Actually, I've figured out that the problem only occurs at 8 bits per sample, no matter the sampling rate. Again, is this normal behavior?

Yes. Read the File Format DOCs that came with the SDK for more information.
