    Thumbs down

sometimes, when i have a movie clip that, in itself, is being animated across the screen, it "ripples" everything around it (be it images behind it or images on top of it).

like, say for example i made a movie clip of a bird, flapping its wings. then, in my scene, i tweened that bird, moving him from the left side of the screen to the right.

if i have a graphic image of a sky and a sunset behind the bird, when the bird passes over it, the sunset pic will ripple and distort. similarly, were the bird to fly "behind" a cloud, the cloud graphic would also be rippled from the birds animation.

any quick fix, or way around this??

Scale your underneath bitmaps to 99% and your problem will be solved.
